With just over two weeks of voting to go, now is the time to encourage as many people as you can to vote for your good cause. Update your website, any social media pages, your email footers and anywhere else that mentions Community Fund to say that voting closes at 11:59pm on Friday 10 October 2014.

The more that people tweet or retweet about your cause increases the chance of people finding out about you and voting for your cause. We'd love to hear your stories, comments and photos about how you're promoting your Community Fund activities. We would like to share your stories with colleagues and the public to encourage everyone to cast a vote. These may be used on our intranet and social media and we may be in touch to arrange local media activity. These could be:

• Photos of your group with your 'Vote for us' banner
• Quotes from your supporters about the public vote
