NEW GIRLS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE KICK-OFF TO A GREAT START

Despite the dreary weather, 28 enthusiastic girls took to The Whitstable School Astro for a fun-filled football hour. Headed up by Dean Gonsalves, with support from 4 of his Tankerton Girls U18s squad and Whitstable Town FC coach Dave Mumford. We had Girls just starting their footballing journey and girls who have been playing for a few years who want to sharpen their skills. A great morning of football and fun has cemented the new partnership between Tankerton and Whitstable Football Clubs.  The football development sessions for girls aged 6 to 11 years old are Saturday Morning 9am to 10am at the Whitstable School with Tankerton and Whitstable FC.

Tankerton Football Club and Whitstable Town Football Club have formed a new strategic partnership.

We are pleased to announce that Tankerton Football Club (TFC) and Whitstable Town Football Club (WTFC) have formed a new strategic partnership that highlights both clubs’ long-term commitment and ambition of fully engaging and supporting our local community.

WTFC, through the partnership with TFC, will launch a Development Centre offering football for the Foundation Phase (U6 to U11s) with a pathway for players to join teams in either Club. This will be headed up by Josh Algar and Dean Gonsalves

We are delighted to be working together and look forward to a long and fruitful partnership.

Tankerton would like to promote Football Futures development sessions on Saturday morning 9am for to 10am at the Whitstable School for players u8s, u7’s and u6’s with the aim of creating a new teams for Tankerton and Whitstable.
